Extreme productivity The separate laminating and drying rollers concept launched by Ecosystem at DRUPA 2004 makes it possible to reach speeds ranging from 90m to 110m/min with water based adhesives or thermal films. It also makes the lamination of thin stocks or heat sensitive films easier. The productivity is further enhanced by the availability of a Non Stop feeder and a Non Stop stacker as well as the use of higher pallets (up to 1600 mm high). The large diameter film rolls, the automatisms (such as repeat job parameter storage and recall) allow users to reduce make readies to a minimum. High flexibility The Aqua laminators can process all types of films such as OPP, PET, Nylon, thermal, acetate, PE, PLA, ... with a wide range of thicknesses. Aqua laminators are equally at ease with gloss, matt, colored, metalized or holographic films. All Aqua laminators can be fitted with a very productive, Laser guided Hot Knife for separation of metalized or structured films. Uncompromised reliability After almost 25 000 hours of work working in 3 shifts, the first Aqua delivered in 2004 to the world’s biggest Luxury Packaging group has been transferred after a quick overhaul to another production site to begin a new career !
