At the request of its customers and after a complete technical and market study Ecosystem designed and manufactured an innovative, accurate, high productivity, high speed Stop Cylinder press designed for the industrial and commercial screen printing. Officially presented during FESPA 2010 in Munich, the Ecoscreen uses state of the art technical solutions including servo drive motors and latest generation electronics to offer you unique flexibility, perfect accuracy, high productivity and ease of use. Unique flexibility Unique flexibility is achieved with the use of separate servo drive motors for independent movement of the screen frame and cylinder. We can therefore print at constant speed with a variety of screens (from 880x880mm to 1320 x 1250mm) while correcting print elongation. Print start position, squeegee speed and pressure, screen speed during printing and flooding can be adjusted which means you can produce up to 20% more compared to competitors’ equipment while printing at the same frame speed (squeegee/screen). Perfect accuracy Perfect accuracy is achieved by using a large Stop Cylinder which makes printing on thick substrates easier. The state of the art Stop cylinder with built in front lay sensors, the left and right side lays with sensors mean a perfect control of print accuracy. High Productivity at constant speed A high speed feeder head with independent pick up and transport suckers, a stainless steel straight table with powerful vacuum belts means the substrate will be fed perfectly overlapped (stream) or sheet by sheet with minimum static electricity buildup. This means that you will fully enjoy the high impression speed of up to 4 200 sph of the Ecoscreen made possible by the asymmetrical speed and partial movement of the frame. Ease of use Ease of use is achieved with a 90° swivel down delivery board for easy and quick cleaning, with a quick, simple and perfect access to sheet stream and print cylinder during start up or production in order to adjust feed position of substrates, with a swivel up screen carrier and with a large touch screen operating panel at high level. The screen and squeegee pressure regulations are done from the control panel outside the machine for a quick and safe make ready.
